Just wear comfortable workout clothes you can move freely in.
Classes begin with warm-ups rooted in mobility, breath, and strength. We then transition to technique breakdowns, partner drills, and flow training (Kembangan). Some classes may include focus more on conditioning, self-defense scenarios, depending on the focus of the day.

We blend traditional Indonesian martial arts with modern movement science, emphasizing flow, mobility, and adaptability. Classes are rooted in Silat Buka Lingkaran and infused with elements of strength and mobility training, youth fitness principles, and mindfulness. We're also Silat Buka Lingkaran program in Indiana.
Yes! Many of our students are first-timers. Classes are beginner-friendly, and you’ll progress at your own pace with support from the community.
