I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, with additional certifications in Youth Exercise and Performance Enhancement. 

I continue to learn about functional mobility through workshops, as well as coaching my daughter, who is a competitive figure skater. My training is rooted in various movement arts with artistic and martial applications. I am inspired to share and help you achieve your fitness + wellness goals.
